Agreement
By using this website or requesting services from Runtime Routecore Trade Marketing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a briefing request.
Who we are
Runtime Routecore Trade Marketing provides trade marketing services for sell-through acceleration, including in-store activations, POS storytelling, field merchandising routes, retailer sell-in support, promo calendar orchestration, and shopper insight sprints. Our studio address is 30-32 Chakrawad Rd., Samphanthawong, Bangkok, 10100, Thailand.
Informational site
This website describes our services and pricing for planning purposes only. It does not offer online checkout, payment processing, or automated booking confirmation. A binding engagement begins only when both parties agree in writing (email acceptable) to scope, fees, and timing.
Briefing requests
Forms on this site collect contact details and project context so we can respond. Submitting a form is not a contract. We may decline work that falls outside our trade marketing focus or capacity.
Intellectual property
Website content, playbook descriptions, and original materials we create remain our property until otherwise assigned in a client agreement. Client brand assets shared with us stay the client’s property. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without permission.
Service delivery
Delivery timelines depend on retailer access, material production, and field scheduling. We communicate material delays promptly. Clients are responsible for providing accurate product information, approved claims, and timely approvals.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this site—including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, submit malicious content, or impersonate others when contacting us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For contracted services, liability terms are set in the engagement agreement. Website content is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith negotiation; failing that, courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction.
